The primary bath has also been refreshed, and the home has been well cared for throughout. The hot water heater is newer, replaced in 2022, which is one less item on your to-do list. Everything here is ready to go. Bring your suitcase and your favorite chair, and you’re moved in. Step outside, and the community does a lot of the work for you. There’s a clubhouse for gatherings or a quiet afternoon, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a pool and spa.
