Gordon's service could only be described as incredible! My wife and I relocated from Vermont. We called Gordon (he was the third agent we called) about a rental property he had just listed. The other agents had barely found time to talk to me...one even said "call me when you get to Florida". We wanted a decent rental property while we looked for a place a buy. Gordon understood and we got the rental done over the phone and through mail/email in a couple days. He was at the house to greet us when we arrived from Vermont, keys in hand. The home was just as advertised, clean and bright and well kept. Perfect for our base to find a local home to buy. When we were settled, we contacted Gordon to look for a home and he responded immediately. In a few days we found a great property to buy and Gordon immediately got everything started. He referred us to a very professional and helpful Mortgage Lender and in 30 days we had the keys to our new home! When there were some "issues" with the closing, Gordon handled that as well. Unfortunately some waterfront properties in Florida are listed as such even when the lake is dry! Gordon would have to take us to check out each property and did it with a smile every time. I knew the transaction would require much more service than a normal transaction of me being located in the area.
